We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst – SAP Workshop Facilitator to join our client company.

Details are as follows:

Position: Business Analyst – SAP Workshop Facilitator

Term: 6 months + possible extensions

Location: Onsite Greater Toronto Area, Canada; minimum 3 days/week

Job Summary:
Facilitate and lead SAP  S/4HANA workshops to gather, validate and document business requirements, map processes, identify gaps, and translate needs into functional specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine requirements related to SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP, HR).
• Collaborate with process owners, end-users, and consultants to document current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes.
• Prepare workshop agendas, presentation materials, and documentation templates.
• Capture, consolidate, and validate business requirements, pain points, and process improvement opportunities.
• Work with functional consultants to ensure requirements are translated into system configurations 
• Identify integration touchpoints across modules and external systems.
• Assist in business case preparation, scope definition, and change impact assessments.
• Support solution demos, training needs identification.
• Provide input to project plans, timelines, and risk/issue logs.
• Ensure clear and accurate documentation of all workshop outcomes and decisions.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the SAP project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of SAP Business Analyst experience
• Proven workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA business processes
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology or Signavio is a plus
