HireKraft is conducting a search for a Digital Program Lead – Manufacturing Transformation to support a large-scale digital factory transformation initiative focused on manufacturing modernization and factory ramp-up operations.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience leading enterprise transformation programs across manufacturing operations, business functions, and digital platforms within Industry 4.0 environments.

Important:
• This is a permanent full-time direct hire position (not contract)
• Candidates must currently live in or be willing to relocate to the Detroit Metro, Atlanta, or Reston area

• Drive governance, planning, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment
• Coordinate cross-functional business and IT workstreams
• Support factory digitalization and operational transformation programs
• Manage program risks, dependencies, and executive communications

Requirements
• 8+ years of transformation or program management experience

• Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives
