Job Title: Technical Integration Lead – Digital Factory System

HireKraft is conducting a search for a Technical Integration Lead – Digital Factory Systems to support a large-scale manufacturing transformation initiative focused on enterprise systems integration and digital factory enablement.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in enterprise architecture, ERP/MES integration, manufacturing systems, and Industry 4.0 transformation initiatives.

Important:
• This is a permanent full-time direct hire position (not contract)
• Candidates must currently live in or be willing to relocate to the Detroit Metro, Atlanta, or Reston area

• Drive enterprise and shopfloor systems integration initiatives
• Align ERP, MES, PLM, WMS, and manufacturing platforms
• Support integration governance and architecture decisions
• Coordinate cross-functional technical stakeholders
• Support scalable digital factory architecture initiatives

Preferred Background
• Enterprise systems integration and architecture
• ERP/MES integration programs
• Manufacturing systems and Industry 4.0 initiatives
• SAP manufacturing systems experience
• OT/IT integration experience
• Industrial or manufacturing environments

Requirements
• 8+ years of enterprise integration or architecture experience
• Hands-on experience integrating ERP and MES systems
• Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
